Return & Refund Policy – India

1. Introduction

“At AARA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return process in accordance with Indian e-commerce laws and our company policy.”


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–15 days from the date of delivery (you choose the period).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return:

    • Innerwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

    • Customized or altered products.

    • Items bought during clearance/final sale (if marked non-returnable).


3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact our customer support via email/phone with your order details.

  2. Pickup – Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

  3. Self-Ship – If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may courier the product to our return address.

  4. Quality Check – Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality approval.

  • Refund modes:

    • Online Payment Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to bank account/UPI as per customer preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or wrong.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues (subject to availability).

  • The same return process applies for exchanges.


6. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

  • 2. Eligible Conditions for Return

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

    • Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

    3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Innerwear, undergarments, swimwear, socks, and customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

    4. Return Process

    • Initiate your return by contacting our Customer Support within the return period.

    • Provide your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if defective or damaged).

    5. Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will arrange free pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

    • For other reasons (size issues, change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

    6. Refund / Exchange

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

    • Exchange requests will be processed subject to stock availability.
