Return & Refund Policy – India
1. Introduction
“At AARA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return process in accordance with Indian e-commerce laws and our company policy.”
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7–15 days from the date of delivery (you choose the period).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items may not be eligible for return:
Innerwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
Customized or altered products.
Items bought during clearance/final sale (if marked non-returnable).
3. Return Process
Initiate a Return – Contact our customer support via email/phone with your order details.
Pickup – Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
Self-Ship – If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may courier the product to our return address.
Quality Check – Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality approval.
Refund modes:
Online Payment Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to bank account/UPI as per customer preference.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or wrong.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues (subject to availability).
The same return process applies for exchanges.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, undergarments, swimwear, socks, and customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
4. Return Process
Initiate your return by contacting our Customer Support within the return period.
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if defective or damaged).
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will arrange free pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
For other reasons (size issues, change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
6. Refund / Exchange
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchange requests will be processed subject to stock availability.
